Fast, temperature-protected delivery across the United States.

Dispatch

Orders confirmed before 2pm ET, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed later or on weekends ship the next business day.

Packaging

Every vial ships lyophilized, sealed and labelled with its batch number, packed in an insulated mailer with a cold pack.

Rates

  • Orders over $200: free standard cold-pack shipping.
  • Orders under $200: $14.95 flat rate.
  • Tracking is emailed as soon as your parcel is collected.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If a vial arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, email support@coaslabsresearch.com within 7 days with a photo and your order number. We will replace it at no cost.

Returns

To protect the integrity of every lot, opened or reconstituted vials cannot be returned. Unopened, sealed items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus original shipping.
